At Honest Roots, we offer a comprehensive initial nutrition assessment that thoroughly reviews all aspects of your nutritional health, including your individualized preferences. We understand that changing dietary patterns is hard, but it doesn't have to mean sacrificing the flavors you love. During this session we will work with you on designing a monthly meal plan based around your unique food preferences. Experience the benefits of a tailored nutrition plan designed just for you.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24hrs in advance by accessing your online account or calling us directly at (502)900-6466. Any cancelations or changes to appointment times made within the 24hrs prior to the original appointment will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
