During this session we review your individualized support plan, defining goals and interventions to help guide your success. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24hrs in advance by accessing your online account or calling us directly at (502)900-6466. Any cancelations or changes to appointment times made within the 24hrs prior to the original appointment will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
